Keep frozen until ready to use. Serving suggestion: to thaw: quickest: place snow crab under cold running water for 3-5 minutes. Best: place snow crab in shallow pan And thaw slowly under refrigeration for 10-12 hours. To heat: broil: place thawed crab in the shell on broiler rack in the oven. Broil for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with melted butter or margarine. Bake: preheat conventional oven to 400 f (200 c). Place thawed crab on a baking sheet And bake for 4-7 minutes. Steam: fill bottom (3/4" in depth) of large stock pot with water. Heat water to a boil. Place thawed snow crab in steam basket And steam in pot over medium heat for about 4 minutes or until crab is thoroughly heated. To serve cold: re-chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes after steaming.
