Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb pork or turkey sausage
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 egg
    1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 
    2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls (about 2 TBSP each). 
    3. Line the bottom of a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray wire rack with no stick spray. 
    4. Align 16 sausage balls on rack and bake for 20-22 minutes. 
    5. Serve! 

    Note: can make ahead and freeze. 

    Variations: Serve as an appetizer with your favorite dipping sauces. Add maple syrup for a breakfast sausage.
