RECIPE-41. Easy Breakfast Bake

If you need something to complete your upcoming brunch spread, THIS is an easy and delicious way to round out the menu. It's a mix & bake situation - very low stress. We like to add sausage, but switch it up for your crew with bacon or ham. Ready. Set. Salivate.

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 16 oz can of breakfast biscuits
  • 1 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • cooked bacon, ham or sausage
  1. Cook meat, drain grease, and set aside.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl. Add cheese.
  3. Cut the uncooked biscuit dough into fourths to make smaller pieces.
  4. Combine all ingredients in the large bowl and stir.
  5. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  6. Pour the ingredients into the pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes uncovered.
