No Protein Powder Chocolate Strawberry Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek, strawberry Greek yogurt, or chocolate yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 8-10 oz almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp flax seed (optional)
  • raw honey to taste, only if using plain yogurt
  • cacao nibs for topping (optional) 

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until well combined and creamy. Top with cacao nibs, optional.
