Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

  • 12 oz bag peeled and deveined shrimp, x-small 
  • 1 package tortillas 
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tspChipotle Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Avocado Oil
  • Avocado 
  • Broccoli Slaw 


  1.  Drizzle skillet with avocado oil.
  2. Add in thawed shrimp, seasoned with 1/8 tsp chipotle chili powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp pink salt. Saute until cooked through and slightly browned.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayo, lime juice, 1/8 tsp chipotle powder, and 1 tsp honey.
  4. When shrimp is done cooking, drizzle with honey and toss.
  5. Lay broccoli slaw in tortilla with sliced avocado, add shrimp and drizzle with mayo mixture
