
Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 12 oz bag peeled and deveined shrimp, x-small
- 1 package tortillas
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tspChipotle Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- Avocado Oil
- Avocado
- Broccoli Slaw
Directions:
- Drizzle skillet with avocado oil.
- Add in thawed shrimp, seasoned with 1/8 tsp chipotle chili powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp pink salt. Saute until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayo, lime juice, 1/8 tsp chipotle powder, and 1 tsp honey.
- When shrimp is done cooking, drizzle with honey and toss.
- Lay broccoli slaw in tortilla with sliced avocado, add shrimp and drizzle with mayo mixture
