Easy Chicken Alfredo

Prep Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 30 minutes 
Servings: 2-4 

Ingredients: 

Sauce:

  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed garlic
  • 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
  • Shredded parmesan cheese - as much as you like
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Other:

  • Fettuccine Noodles
  • 1-2 Chicken breasts (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Melt the butter on a skillet - medium to low heat
  2. Once butter is a liquid, add the minced garlic - do not let it burn.
  3. Once the garlic has been sautéd, add the cream.
  4. Whisk the cream, butter, and garlic - make sure its white & creamy
  5. Add the cheese - set the skillet to a low heat.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes on the lowest heat possible - continue whisking the sauce
  7. Follow instructions on package for noodles
  8. After the 20 minutes have passed, serve the sauce with the noodles.
