Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 8 oz of diced chicken breast
  • 4 cups of white rice, cooked
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 1 cup of carrots, diced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 
  • 1 inch nob of ginger, finely diced
  • 1 chicken bullion cube, crushed
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 ounce soy sauce
  • 1/2 ounce sesame oil 
  • sesame seed, for garnish
  • salt 
  • pepper

Directions
You will want a wok or large sauté pan for this recipe and be sure to stir constantly throughout this recipe. 
1. In your pan on medium heat add in your vegetable oil.
2. Crack and add all three eggs to the pan and scramble.
3. After your eggs have scrambled add in your diced chicken breast.
4. When your chicken is about 80% cooked add in your onion, and carrots.
5. Cook until your onions have some color (2-3 minutes) 
6. Now add in your rice, ginger, crushed chicken bullion cube, and garlic then salt and pepper to taste. 
7. Once your rice has heated add in your butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and scallions. 
8. After 2 minutes remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
