Asian Beef Meetballs

Asian Beef Meetballs

Makes: 22-24 1 ½ in. meatballs
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients: 
  • 1 lb. 1 Source Ground Beef from Zephyr Foods
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ small red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the ground beef and the remainder of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, gently combine. Lightly form the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with cooking spray if you don’t have parchment paper). Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
